Have you always been fascinated by stained glass?
When sunlight plays through coloured glass, a stained glass piece truly comes to life. And now you can get started with this ancient craft.
During this approximately four-hour workshop, you will learn all the basic skills under professional guidance: cutting glass, leading, and soldering. You can choose from a range of existing designs and an extensive selection of glass, from soft shades to bold textures. You will create your own piece of 20 x 20 cm, with room for your sense of colour and style.
Do you need just a bit more time to finish your piece? No worries, there is space for that.

A week before the workshop, you will receive all practical information via email. Closed shoes are recommended, and above all: bring plenty of enthusiasm to dive in!
Instructors of the day:
Sanderjan Cornelis
visual artist and designer, with stained glass as the main medium. From his Antwerp studio, he creates monumental installations, autonomous work and commissioned work, with a strong focus on colour, composition and storytelling.
Elena Gontcharova
Abstract-intuitive artist and yoga teacher. In her work, intuition, surrender and the creative process are central. Drawing from her experience with painting, mindfulness and yoga, she explores how slowing down, feeling and letting go can create space for new images.
